3 words: KAREN IS AMAZING!! I came home to Buffalo shortly after Thanksgiving in desperate need of a trim. I love my curly hair and like to keep it long and natural looking. Karen is a curly girl, herself, which REALLY helps! She was nothing but sweetness! Karen really listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly what I asked for : long layers, just a trim, some deep conditioning and a little bit of drama in the front. She had no problem with blow drying my hair straight (something I love having done at the salon) & used the perfect amount of product on my 3A hair. I told her that I REALLY hate flat irons used on my hair and she agreed that it's horrible to use on curly hair anyway. She used a great blow dryer & an awesome product that smells amazing! I've been looking high and low for a salon in WNY that will actually listen to me and not cut my hair like a straight girl's. GO SEE KAREN!!!!
